Increasing our intake of fruit and greens

Pimms. Just a wee something for Dad to relax with while I cooked dinner and I didn't need an excuse ;-)

It's lovely to see him :-)

He had a Nana nap while I did a few domestic things, then we walked down to the river to feed the monster trout that lives near the bridge. Mr Monster was snoozing under a bank and not to be seen.

I'm looking forward to the next 10 days.
