Sad Day

If these two folks look sad it is with good reason. Their pub had a horrific fire this morning. Not much inside saved.

Another Pub, Mabie's is a fake tavern from the 1700's, there temporarily for the filming of the television series "Sleepy Hollow".

Many of the workers in this image will be moving (probably) to Atlanta in the next year or so due to the recent severe reduction in tax incentives provided by the state. Thousands of jobs apparently will be lost. Many local businesses will also suffer. Here is another business and is one of the best restaurants in Wilmington.
