Another office day; had the joys of 1-2-1 with my manager. A full and frank exchange of views - I didn't miss anyone.

Lunchtime I eschewed Cigs for a lunchtime cuppa and planning session.

Then an afternoon of admin / photos / post visit stuff.

Left after 6, scavenged for supplies on the southside and went over to exchange a dinner of salmon, rocket, tomatoes and spaghetti for painting the 2nd coat on the TV wall.

Got in veeeeeery late.
