Monday 1 March 2010: Spring is here, spring is here!
Sure, you can still see the retreating snow in the top right corner of this shot.
Sure, this itty bitty snowdrop is only about an inch high and I could have easily missed it (it's so small, in fact, that my macro had trouble focusing)
Still, there is no way that even the most stubborn person can deny that we are well on our way to spring!
Snowdrops are flowers of hope, I read somewhere, and they represent an 'out with the old, in with the new' attitude.
I can get on board with that :)
Thanks everyone for the well wishes! I'm feeling much better, just some wooziness & congestion to get rid of.
