Tramp - Waiuta to Big River

Went tramping yesterday and today. Such a beautiful walk, Waiuta to Big River. Some parts looked like out of The Hobbit. It was amazing to learn that 100 years ago the community at Big River would walk 3-4 hours to Waiuta to watch a movie then walk back in the dark with a glass bottle with a candle inside as their light! They did that for fun! Amazing. We have no idea what hard is.
