Blantyre

A very interesting half-morning in Blantyre at the David Livingstone birthplace. Some of that was cancelled out by the exceptionally long and utterly grim drive in the worst weather I've seen in a while, nor did standing out in the rain help all that much.

Fascinating place for a number of reasons. To the right is the building containing the old mill school, to the left the tenement with the birthplace.
