WHAT MAKES HOME.....

.... many things of course make home a place to enjoy, but one thing that attracted us to this area 40 odd years ago were the many Jacarandas lining the road along the mighty Nepean River (River Road). And Spring of course is a prime time to enjoy their colour. Check the link out to the ole Wiki for some more info if you wish.

They are a show piece in so many places around the world, and here in New South Wales one of our Northern cities (Grafton) has built a name on its Jacaranda Festival at this time of the year. Check the link.

On our way back home this afternoon this large one caught my eye with the late sun on the magic flower display. So, Blip done with something I have not done yet.
