All in a row, nearly

It was remarkably quiet down Tyneside way today - not much in the way of people or vehicle traffic at all. Then raggedrascal pointed out that it is half term in these parts.

This shot was taken mid-afternoon, with almost nothing happening apart from a fire engine going past (no blue lights, though) and one pedestrian hauling his trolley-case. Oh, and the five gulls in a row, almost evenly spaced, who were trompling energetically for worms. There are a couple of rabbits grazing to the right of the picture - but I chose not to zoom in, since the last time I did that with a Gateshead rabbit I got a horrible image of a poor creature with terminal myxomatosis which I cannot expunge from my visual memory.
