Black & Green: Akeake

I'm carrying on the theme of the week tonight, but this time there's a dash of colour from the flowers of the akeake.

The flowers are proving popular; the akeake shrubs around our garden are full of bellbirds, silvereyes and warblers, the latter again not afraid of getting close as I focused on this shot.

For a small bird, they have some pipes on them!
