The glow within

A quick blip before I head out to the Photo Soc this evening. The other evening after I had finished playing around with some leaves I decided to put some in little tubs with some water and then to freeze them for a future blip.

This is a very simple picture of one of the ice blocks with lighting solely from a pen torch behind the ice block, so the light shines through the ice and the leaf picking out detail such as the veins, and bubbles of air which were trapped in the ice.
