Screeeeech!

Two ends of my music collection for Halloween.

On the left, the first record I ever bought, Bobby (Boris) Pickett's Monster Mash on its 1973 re-release, it was nice to hear Lauren Laverne playing it on her show this morning.

On the right, Sonic Youth's Halloween (12") which is where my musical tastes had taken me about fifteen years later. If anything can get you into the mood for Halloween, this would be it. Deeply chilling.
