Patriotic

On Thursday our country has taken a major step backwards in Employment relations. Our re-elected National Government has made changes to the employment relations act where now the Employer can walk away from collective bargaining and go up you jack I'm ok, now the really miserable employers can opt to take away the traditional 10min smoko break and your lunch break and replace it with an allowance, believe me there are plenty of them out there waiting to exploit workers to the hilt. These two Blokes here having the good old cup of tea and a yak during their smoko are laughing all the way to the bank. They can't get the sack,don't have to apply for annual leave and don't even have to ring in sick, they can even come and go as they please and their cheque still comes in every two weeks like clock work because they are retired or maybe they are refired with a new lease on life.
