A 30 mile ride to start the day first thing this morning taking in five big hills up the dales.
A short wander down to the river and then around town, Ilkley is full of Rude lazy drivers today I got beeped at for been stood on the pavement because a car could not drive down one road , theres no patience with any one any more , lots of drivers and bikes going through red lights at the crossings and no end of people driving on their mobiles .
