It's as if I'd never been away.....

Wonderful trip to Sheffield....hopefully will back blip as soon as I can work out how to download from my new I phone.........Daughter completed Wolf Run 2014....I didn't know she was so fit....they were hosed down at the end of it....There's a great film of it on youtube if anyone is curious..... and now life is back to normal....allegedly......
