It's been a difficult day today. If I wasn't on a fast day I'd definitely be emptying another bottle to replace the one that accidentally fell. In the afternoon I was cheered up by some wonderful students, and later on the subject of gratitude journals came up. I think I should make this a gratitude journal entry.

1. Warm museums full of interesting stuff on a cold/wet day.
