Thursday 4 March 2010: Beards and Goatees

A midday cycle along the canal with a Zen master to meet Mr B for a plateful at the Mosque kitchen. Glorious day - although cold, in the sunshine it was like spring.
Later, back to town to the Cafe Royal for a beer. Or twa.
