Friday 5 March 2010: Clauds the Explorer

My little monkey brains seems to spend all her time on her front these days. The amount of times I've had to 'rescue' her when she's trying to get to sleep and found herself stuck on her front, legs out the cot, face smooshed against the bars... She hasn't figured out how to roll back yet - genius!

She also has a rather amusing way of crawling involving faceplanting, shifting her legs up under herself and then dragging her face across the carpet/floor/cot :o) Not locomotion as I'd pictured but she's still making (slow) progress.

Anyway, she was asleep most of the evening and got up for a play at 9. We had some fun on the daybed rolling around and grabbing at things. I like this photo (even though you can't see her lovely face!) - she looks like she's off on some grand adventure or has spotted something interesting just out of shot.

**Disclaimer** I don't dress my child in jewellery lol. It's an amber teething necklace which is meant to naturally reduce the nasty symptoms of teething. I don't like her having it around her neck so I've put it on her wrist instead. And yes, I'm aware that it looks horrendous :o)
