Neuter is Cuter

I volunteered to help with the "Neuter is Cuter" event today put on my WESNIP, the Whatcom Spay and Neuter group. Part of my duties included taking lots of photos of the event for their literature. Here a vet and assistant are working on a young cat. Since WESNIP has been in operation, the number of cats who are caught and euthanized has dropped to almost zero. It is a worthy cause.
