Today was an interesting day which con sited of many things but the most memorable being a golf lesson at the golf course here.
We met Roger in the morning and after less than 5 minutes my game had improved dramatically as Roger had spotted that I was left handed!
It's not that i've played that much but the improvement was immediate…
Janet was not looking forward to it at all but she really enjoyed it as she now realises it's not about brute strength and ignorance but all in the timing and swing!
The golf course is a cracker (31st best in world) and we rode around it afterwards in our buggy which we have outside our villa to ride around the vast area which is the Royal Westmoreland and it is brilliant fun.
The night before we'd given some other guests a lift to the bar and it was only after getting to know them better that I mentioned that my only other driving experiences had been on tractors, lawn mowers and dodgem cars!!
