early morning and a rescue centre owl...

I went out early today to catch the bit of sunshine that was forecast.... it didn't last very long but I got to see a buzzard and a mini-murmuration as the sun was rising... :)

I changed my photo because after the above I went for a swim & at a shop near there was the local bird of prey rescue centre. This is a southern white faced owl & was the runt of the litter & wasn't coping. It's the first time I've seen one, gorgeous!
