Unofficial Pigeon Loft

We have a large flock of pigeons that reside in the square, we see them through the church windows, rushing past as they circle and land on the roofs.

The panes of glass in this dormer window seem to have been broken for so long that the pigeons have probably adopted it as an ideal place to roost of a chilly night.

(Incidentally, the stonework demonstrates a fine example of cherrycock pointing, where large blocks are separated by a series of stacked small blocks)
