Ouch!

I was hoping things would get back to normal this week as Tom finally seemed to have shaken off the gastroenteritis over the weekend. But no.

Instead I got one of those "My stomach hurts, I saw the campus doctor and they say I probably have an appendicitis and have to go the ER in Baltimore" phone calls today.

So I said it would be better to come home and to see her regular doctor for a second opinion rather than go alone to the hospital.

Luckily her doctor here ruled out appendicitis, and was leaning more towards kidney stone / gall bladder. Next up an abdominal sonogram on Fri.
