Red For Danger

I've had my eye on this rusty lock for a while and as I approached it today I saw this big redback spider sitting on it!! My new camera was at home with a flat battery grrr!!

Something was wrong with the spider and it looked like it was on its last legs. Even so I wasn't going to get too close!

Took some shots of the lock and kept moving as those spiders are pretty dangerous creatures if you get too close!!!
