Autumn garden

Today’s photo was taken at low light this evening in the garden.

It’s been a dreich day with few photo opportunities. I had the regulation annual flu jab this morning and the procedure is now so streamlined I was through to the recovery room (and box of free sweets) in less than five minutes.

Straight on to the tap-dancing class only this week I recorded sound rather than a photo. (Tweetasound).

Home to the garden. This section is the most colourful bit of the garden though it is the 25ft laurel hedge that always grabs people attention.

(Its OK our neighbours love it).

Its not that we set out to grow such a wall but it just kept growing and growing and now we can’t cut it because it’s too high for anyone to reach the top …
