This is my first lid.
It looks nice, but it is too heavy!
It has caused the gallery (inner rim that holds the lid and keeps it from falling inside jar) to slant downward. I tried to trim some excess off the bottom - don't think I did enough. Glazed 10 pieces today so time trimming for pieces 49, 50 and 51 was very rushed.
