A family gathering

With Nan Be and GD here, it only seemed right to have a family gathering and as we weren't able to travel, we suggested everyone come to ours.

CJ was very excited to see his cousins again - especially R. He spent the whole time following him everywhere, copying everything he did whether it be building a slot-car track, fast the slot-cars, playing with play-doh or eating ice-cream - CJ followed R like a little shadow.

Despite all the noise and bustle of people, little LJ was very chilled and with all the extra people there was never a shortage of cuddles for him.

As it's S2's birthday in a couple of days we made a birthday cake. While S2 was being distracted outside R finished the cake by writing Happy bt Birthday like an expert cake decorator!

It was lovely catching up as a family - it's not something that happens very often!
