The Gardens

Whizzing past the gardens after drumming class, my eye was caught by this centrally positioned Rhodo in full flight. This garden was designed and planted out by Dick Harris and his brother Phil who donated not just their time and expertise, but the plants as well to show Council how a garden can be designed and planted out to cut down on maintenance. What do you know, even then, this was an issue.

At any rate, what a great job they did.

Wayne coming over for dinner tonight - his last night in bachelor digs with Jenny away at the G20. Wayne not allowed anywhere near as considered a security risk!

I reckon he's counted down the days until Jen returns :)
