Since today was a miserable day with a constant deluge of rain, I decided to make a start on the mountain of paperwork accumulating for moving countries. The Australian Customs declaration for our freight makes it clear that we won't be able to continue with our New York way of life .... no knuckle dusters, daggers, spring bladed knives and hallucinogens. What are my children going to play with when they get home?
