Launching our H2O walk

Since our main focus in Malawi is pumps and clean water,
we are doing our first Annual H2O walk in Dublin at noon on March 22 which is International World Water Day.
The pic shows our DIT volunteers Tania Zorilla and Elaine Bolger (the organiser) flying the flag, while members of the Leinster Rugby team Isa Nacewa and CJ van der Linde carry the water, with Irish International Malcolm O'Kelly in the middle.
The walk is mainly in solidarity with the millions of women who spend much of their lives carrying, often polluted, water. We will also remember the children who die as a result of water borne diseases.
Incidentally they die at a rate equivalent to one full jumbo jet crashing every four hours. It's a silent killer which rarely makes the headlines.
