Every couple of weeks we have a meeting to discuss things we can do to get away from doing tasks that detract from us actually doing our work. One of the items regularly discussed at our regular meetings is cutting down on regular meetings where we have little input. That section wasn't my 30 seconds of input in the hour long meeting. Hence the pad. But actually it just means I was paying attention.
