Fiddling

A wee change for a Friday night. The Fiddle Festival is on this weekend so we met up and headed along to Summerhall for the late night concert. It's the first time they've used the venue and I thought it was pretty successful ... but freezing cold! I'm sure there were icicles firming in the loo.

There were 6 or 7 acts getting about 15 minutes each to do their stuff and they were all great this year. I really liked this group playing a Carnatic style that was new to me, along with some real fusion stuff. Discovered that I hadn't changed the time on my camera when the clocks changed a few weeks ago but they were on stage around midnight so that counts as today in my book!
