Cross country...

...which also involved taking quite a lot of country home with us.
Only 2 of our club were at this one in Alloa and there was a lot of wet mud - it was hard work but great fun!
Those who didn't come don't know how much fun they missed - but I'll let off those who were ill or injured, and Gillian Sangster who was running for Scotland in the UK Masters Cross Country in Nottingham today.
