a state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight, amount, etc.


The only trick to this shot is getting the right amount of liquid (in this case Igor’s cooking wine) in each of the glasses. I set out to do three glasses but couldn’t resist trying another. I don’t know if the tower would have gone any higher but I suspect with patience and plenty of wine the sky’s the limit.
