Sunset

It was 23C as we drove into Sitges, just south of Barcelona, today. It was quite stormy when we left Gaillac early this morning, but the wind had dropped and the sun came out for our arrival in the gay capital of Spain. Crowds had come down from Barcelona for the day, and the Paseo Maritimo was crowded with shoppers thronging the market stalls. We went a little inland to our favourite restaurant here, where the tourists seldom venture, before returning to our hotel for a little afternoon siesta. This was the view from our balcony as the sun went down.
