Bethany just happened to wearing a rather appropriate tee shirt today so I really had to take advantage with my new toy.

Speaking of, managed to download an instruction manual and familiarise myself with all the bits. Actually ebay'd a battery for it yesterday but then found that the battery that has been in it for the last decade or two is actually still working. It's meant to use a mercury battery but I'm quite sure they are a bit harder to come by than the alkaline one that is in it.

I also finally worked out what makes a rangefinder, a rangefinder. Rather ingenious. Just need to find some film now.
