Time Flies

Spent most of my "up" time on a hospital check-up (all good), so when I saw this fly at home, I thought I'd try a very quick macro. I have a reverse screw (to mount a lens backwards) for my nifty fifty, you focus by moving, control aperture with a bit of cardboard, hold flash above and hope. With a bit of practice and cleaner equipment I might get ok at this macro thing.

I've cropped about a 1/4 off the right and upper edges here but not a great deal.
