From Start to Dart..

Cleared out of the cottage this morning and headed off for a walk to Start Point lighthouse. The cloud was low with lurking mist but at least it was dry. We had a nice walk and enjoyed getting as close as we could to the lighthouse (it is closed to visitors in November!) then carried on to Dartmouth where we stopped for coffee and a wander. The light was dreary for photographs but this is a picture of the mouth of the Dart with the castle guarding the entrance. Eventually got home through unbelievably thick fog for the last half hour..horrible to drive through.
