Pie

It was our local Christmas lights switch-on tonight. Seemed like the whole village was out in force, which was nice.

Homemade pork & chickpea stew with a cup of mulled apple juice with sloe gin, a look round the Christmas market and oohing and aahing at the impressive fireworks.

And I bought this pork and rhubarb pie...

All of which made up for the hassly start to the day where it took me 2hrs to get to work. Which is 8 miles away.
