Friday 12 March 2010: Sunshine on leaf

So there we were, sitting in The Roseleaf, when I said to H, "I bet someone we know comes through the door just now." I'm usually wrong about these things, so we decided that if I was right, it would be a good omen and we ought to buy a lottery ticket.

And what do you know? It turns out I was right: we did meet someone we know - and very pleasant it was, too. We forgot to get that lottery ticket though.

Don't know if the forgetfulness was lucky or unlucky - but I'm just glad we didn't bump into any kittens.

EDIT:

Damn. That "k****n" takes me to 408% over the average.
