The Five Pips

The mono Monday theme for today is five.

My first idea of burying five Barbie dolls in the leaves came out okay and I was all set to post that picture. But later on this evening as I was watching TV I was thinking about apples!

Apples?!? What a weird thing to be thinking about.

So off I went to the kitchen, grabbed a knife and an apple. I cut the apple in a cross section and, low and behold, there are five pips in the center.
