Friday 12 March 2010: Almendrados

Isobel came back from Toledo on Wednesday evening. She had a fab time. I told her she should try to sample some Queso de Almendras while she was there. It looks like a French Camembert but its basically sugar and ground almonds. I love it. I think she forgot but she did bring these back as a present from the family she stayed with. They are little almond cakes. I could sit down and eat them all in one go.
