Saturday 13 March 2010: Goldfinch spat
I had two or three blips today which I could have uploaded. The greenfinch was my first choice but then these three goldfinches arrived in the tree and trouble flared. The flapping of the wings was a definite 'get lost' to the one on the branch who is showing what he thinks of that! It's not the sharpest of shots but I like it.
Later our hardy neighbours had their first barbecue of the year. It was just above freezing and blowing a gale. They build us tough up north!
