Synchronised flying?

Decided to try to get some birds flying across a rather weak sunset today and it all proved a bit tricky.

I was rather pleased to find this one in the bunch as the three amigos definitely look as if they've been rehearsing for formation flying.

I also think they look a bit like 3 people digging in the snow...
