Derelict Thursday: Roof needs attention

I haven't participated in the 'Derelict Thursday' challenge before but when I saw this house I thought it would be a shame to miss it. I can just imagine the Estate Agents blurb: "Pair of semi-detached cottages ripe for conversion into single property. Open aspect with mature gardens designed to blend in with the character of the property. Would benefit from some re-pointing and the roof requires a little attention."
