Rock Alpine Garden freeze dried

One aspect of living in a semi-arid climate is many things simply freeze dry in late fall. I think it makes for an interesting display in the Rock Alpine garden. I love the subtle earth tones that one also finds in the landscapes of Western North America and other Steppe regions worldwide.
