Tuesday 16 March 2010: Still Life with Knee
A most satisfying start to the day, partly due to my success the night before getting my webserver set up for Wordpress. Onwards and Upwards!
So, off to the gym up at Happy Valley in Craiglockhart. The pond at Happy Valley features in my favourite String Band song - Koeeoaddi There. I'm sure you all know it well, but if not you can catch it here. Williamson's stuff was always so much better than Heron's.
I only started going to the gym last summer when I kicked off this sailing quest malarkey as I knew that i'd need to get strong enough to haul my landlubber frame out the water and on to a boat. I float well enough, mind.
