Thursday 18 March 2010: Blustery Day
A bit of a dry start to the day and was saved from torpor by a call to cycle down to the mosque for chow.
Cycled back into the wind and grey cloud and just as I came out behind the North Merchie tenements the sky looked ominous and portentous. Aye indeed. Perfect for a man who is planning a weekend of foolhardy canoeing.
Later, down to the Filmhouse to see Mugabe and the White African. A very one sided film it may be, but it was a warning about what any society is like once the rule of law just disappears. They were doomed from the start (Ooops - spoiler).
Home for a dram.
