Thursday 25 March 2010: A Sign
Since the two water tanks (5000l ea) had been installed this past month, with the little bit of rain we have had, they are about halfway full, each.
It is getting dry again, and the day temperatures have dropped to where not so much evaporation takes place.
We might soon start to water the garden from the tanks and it is required by our Municipality that we should display a suitable sign outside of our property.
I got hold of an old numberplate, covered it with dark green acrylic and put white lettering on. Since it looks rather homemade, which it is! I added a border to distract!
Anyway, I think the message gets through.
