The wrong shoes

Back to the gym today for the first time in ages, it was hard work!
Home to put my feet up - my trainers are the only bit of me left fit to show and I know I'll be too tired to take anything more exciting later so I'm afraid that's it for today.
If only I'd had my camera ready when a transvestite showgirl in purple platforms ran past me at the traffic lights on the Pleasance, then there would have been an altogether different & more interesting pair of shoes to see here
...oh well, at least my trainers look clean!
