The face only a mother could love........

The wasp nest that I've been watching in the garden seems to have more residents than it had - I'm thinking that the eggs may have hatched, although I have absolutely no idea what the reproductive cycle of a wasp is? Is it even their hatching season?

Anyway, it was fascinating watching them for a bit today and this one spent some time doing exactly the same back to me! We were in a bit of a face-off for a while but I'm pleaed to report there was no sign whatsoever of any aggression....from either party!

Earth hour tonight and I'm looking forward to joining in by switching off my lights at 8.30 for an hour.......or maybe longer. Are you going to join in??
